Product Manager

Overview:
As an entrepreneur managing a fast-growing tech startup and several consulting clients, I am seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Product Manager who will be responsible for leading the development and management of our product portfolio from conception to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery.


Required Experience:
Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of product management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and drive results.
Experience with Amplitude and Figma is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
-Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
-Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize features, plan releases, and ensure timely delivery.
-Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
-Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging.
-Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements.
-Track and measure key product metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Utilize and master tools like JIRA, Trello, Google Spreadsheets for various operational tasks.
-Translate business documentation into user stories and Jira issues

- Proficiency in digital communication tools and adaptability to new technologies.
- Eagerness to learn and effectively utilize AI tools like ChatGPT.
