Parabroker

Are you an experienced Parabroker who has worked with Australian Mortgage broking companies analysing and putting together credit applications ?
Do you have more than 7 years experience in that role?

You must have:
Great written and verbal English skills
At least 7 years working with an Australian Mortgage Broking business in this role:
- using AOL, Mercury or Flex
- Responsible for the end to end mortgage loan process
- liaising with banks
- researching loan products and options
Proficient with excel, docusign or similar program, word and pdf writers
Have excellent attention to detail
Understand how to read business financials (Tax returns, Notice of Assessments, BAS statements)
Must have completed 2 years in college (any course)
Having Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is a plus
