Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Caller to join our team. The Outbound Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, identifying their transportation needs, and promoting our trucking services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the trucking and logistics industry.
Identify potential customers and gather information about their transportation needs.
Effectively communicate the benefits of our trucking services and answer any questions.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to follow up with potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
Provide feedback and insights to the sales team regarding customer responses and market trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build rapport with potential clients over the phone.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in achieving goals.
Basic understanding of the trucking and logistics industry is preferred but not required.
