Need a team of 3 for hardcore Debt Collection USA account

Hello!

I am looking for preferably team of 3-4 agents who can work in same place. I don't just need a single person working from home. Need all 3-4 agents to sit in same office/home location for this project.

We are a looking for an enthusiastic , experienced and pro-active debt collection expert for our hardcore third party USA debt collection campaign. Candidates should be strong enough to make 100 outbound calls a day and very fluent, firm and having great communication skills to control and convince customer to get the payment out of them. This is not a customer service account.

I need 2 good agents. But one agent will be fine too. I can offer 100 USD weekly to each agent ($2.5 an hour, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week Mon-Fri 10:00 am to 6:00pm EST).

+10% commission of whatever you collect. for example, if you collect 100 USD, you will get 10USD commission extra on top of basic pay. If this is ok, then we can jump on a call. Thanks.

Duties:
*We have to handle outbound and inbound calling
*Cold Calling
*Email and SMS management
*Convincing debtors and collecting payment.
*Processing payments.
*Should be able to hold conversation, control customers and perform well.
