Meta Ads Manager and General Tasks

I am looking for an experienced meta-ads manager to manage our Facebook and Instagram ads.
I will need someone who can also create the ad creatives and test these.

I also need general tasks done like back of wordpress site work completed.
I will also need social media engagement / monitoring of accounts.
