Media Buyer - Native Advertising Focus (Remote)
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced media buyer to join our team with a focus on native advertising campaigns. While native ads experience is preferred, we welcome strong media buyers from any performance marketing background who can apply their skills to native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, etc.). This position requires strong analytical skills and flexible availability across a 7-day week (minimum 1-2 hours daily) for active campaign management.
Core Responsibilities
Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns, with a focus on native advertising
Create and test ad variations, including headlines and images for native platforms
Analyze campaign performance and user behavior metrics
Identify and optimize placements and targeting
Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining conversion costs
Monitor and optimize bid strategies
Conduct systematic A/B tests across all campaign elements
Track competitor approaches and adapt successful strategies
What Success Looks Like
Consistently beat CPA targets while scaling campaign reach
Quick identification of winning ad combinations
Maintain strong conversion rates while expanding reach
Successfully adapt to new platform requirements
Build profitable campaigns across multiple channels
Balance testing new approaches with scaling proven winners
Required Experience
3+ years of hands-on media buying experience in any performance channel
Proven track record of scaling profitable campaigns
Experience with campaign optimization and testing
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
History of meeting or exceeding ROI targets
Understanding of user behavior and conversion optimization
Preferred Experience
Native advertising platform experience (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.)
Experience writing ad copy and selecting images
Landing page optimization background
Content policy and compliance knowledge
Experience across different marketing verticals
Technical Skills Required
Strong Excel/SQL skills for campaign analysis
Experience with tracking and attribution
A/B testing methodologies
Campaign analytics and reporting
Budget management and optimization
Compensation
A target compensation plan of 100,000 PHP per month
