We are currently seeking a skilled Media Buyer with experience in the construction or HVAC and Real estate niche to join our team for a new and exciting project.


Position Overview:
The Media Buyer will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms, focusing on the construction, HVAC and Real estate sectors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of these industries, strong analytical skills, and the ability to create and manage campaigns that generate leads and maximize ROI.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy:

Develop and implement media buying strategies tailored to the construction and HVAC industries.
Identify the most effective channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to reach target audiences.
Work closely with the marketing team to align campaign strategies with client goals.
Media Buying and Management:

Plan, purchase, and manage paid media campaigns across various digital platforms.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting bids, targeting, and creatives as needed to optimize results.
Manage budgets and allocate spending across different channels to achieve the best ROI.
Audience Targeting:

Conduct market research to understand target audiences within the construction and HVAC sectors.
Use advanced targeting techniques to reach specific demographics, job roles, and interests relevant to the industries.
Implement retargeting strategies to maximize conversion rates.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Track and report on campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
Provide detailed reports and insights to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Use data-driven analysis to refine and improve ongoing campaigns.


Collaboration:

Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
Work with the content and SEO teams to ensure that paid media efforts align with broader marketing strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in media buying.


Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in media buying, specifically within the construction or HVAC industries.
Proven track record of successful paid media campaigns with measurable results.
Proficiency in media buying platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Knowledge of the Real estate, construction and HVAC industries is highly preferred.
