Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of social media workers, ensuring efficient workflow, productivity, and adherence to schedules.
- Implement a time-tracking system for tea
- Conduct initial interviews for potential candidates and compile comprehensive candidate spreadsheets with relevant information.
- Coordinate and schedule final interviews for prospective tea
- Take charge of managing all account-related information, including password changes and access permissions.
- Act as a central point of contact for tea
- Develop and enforce best practices for social media strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance overall productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and team leadership, demonstrated through a portfolio of previous achievements.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to track time, achievements, and candidate information effectively.
- Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates for social media roles.
- Proficiency in managing account information securely and efficiently.
