Looking for A top-notch Project Manager who will steer our projects to success

At Tell Studios, our mission is to "tell a story" through film. We are passionate about turning imaginative concepts into captivating marketing videos to help businesses grow. As we continue to push the boundaries of marketing through storytelling, we’re on the hunt for a Project Manager to help steer our film production projects from start to finish.
Note: You don't need to be a producer or videographer for the role but having basic knowledge will make your project management job easier.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager who thrives in a remote setting and understands what collaboration and project coordination is all about. In this pivotal role, you will oversee projects from client booking to final delivery, ensuring fluid communication among clients, team members, and third-party vendors. You will take the lead in organizing tasks, assembling exceptional team players, managing budgets, and constant communication with all stakeholders. Your objective will be to ensure that every project is executed smoothly, on time, and within budget, all while crafting compelling stories that resonate with audiences.

What You’ll Do:

-- Organize the Project Tasks: Put together and work closely a team of creative professionals who can bring our concepts to reality; detailing the steps needed to bring our projects to life.
-- Engage Stakeholders: Keep everyone informed, ensuring they understand and are prepared for any changes.
-- Manage the Assets: Ensure that all resources necessary to begin and complete each project are collected and stored. Implement timely follow up communication when assets are not yet in place. Ensure that all expenditures are within the agreed upon budget and scope by balancing costs to keep the project financially on track.
-- Lead the Team: Provide leadership and support, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure the team works harmoniously toward the project goals.
-- Smooth Collaboration: Ensure a smooth transition by delivering a thorough handover to the team that will take over the project or work with its final outputs.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in defining, managing, and delivering high-quality projects. Experience in film production is good to have but not required. Training/Orientation will be provided.
* Excellent prioritization and analytical/critical thinking skills
* Expertise in managing schedules, team workload, project budgets and assets.
* Strong English communication skills throughout all stages of a project’s life cycle.
* Ability to plan ahead and anticipate potential challenges during the execution of the project and pivot accordingly, making informed adjustments and decisions when necessary.
* Ability to interpret textual and numerical data, and apply logic to make informed decisions.
* Availability to work Mondays to Fridays, 8AM to 5PM US Eastern time.

Qualifications:

+ A good track record in the project management role. At least 2 years experience in handling projects with many teams players and moving parts. Ideally, basic understanding of the concepts of video production will help manage tasks easier.
+ Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
+ Proficiency in team collaboration, time management and financial oversight.
+ Capability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively.
+ A keen eye for detail.
