Unlock AI is seeking a passionate LinkedIn Lead Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. Our mission is to empower clients by enhancing their LinkedIn profiles through artificial intelligence (AI), leading the way in chat-driven lead- generation processes to schedule meetings on their behalf.

Position Overview
The LinkedIn Lead Specialist role is a pivotal part of our lead generation ecosystem. You will be responsible for executing intent-based messaging using well-defined sell-by-chat scripts and flows to engage potential leads on LinkedIn. Your primary goal is to initiate meaningful conversations that lead to scheduled meetings directly on our clients' calendars.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute intent-based messaging strategies on LinkedIn to generate leads and book meetings for our clients.
- Utilise predefined sell-by-chat scripts and flows to engage with individuals who interact with our clients’ profiles or content.
- Maintain a respectful and professional demeanour while representing our clients on LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously refine chat scripts and lead generation processes.
- Monitor and report on lead generation performance metrics.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field, preferably on LinkedIn.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt to scripted dialogues and maintain a friendly yet professional tone.
- Familiarity with AI tools and ChatGPT is a plus.
- Eager to work in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
