Hello,
We are looking for a lighting electrical engineer to help with the following tasks for Commercial projects.

Lighting and Electrical Take-offs
1) Provide Fixture Type Counts
2) Provide Control Type Counts
3) Create a Bill Of Materials for Lighting and Electrical

Estimating
1) Create Estimates
2) Create Submittals

Must know the following
Planswitt or Bluebeam
Microsoft Office (EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK)
Advanced English Skills
Great Communication Skills
Must meet required timelines

Plus would be
Understanding Lighting Controls in California
Path of egress lighting requirements in California
Quickbooks
