Leasing and Marketing Manager

We're looking for a reliable and experienced Leasing and Marketing Manager with Zoom Hosting experience.

Rate: P70,000.00 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm PST

Responsibilities
Manage move-ins and move-outs process and ensure that the following documents are organized: unit photos, renter's form, eviction paperwork, and rent pricing.
Regularly update the waiting list and quotation for potential tenants.
Remind tents for late payments.
Send out a weekly newsletter and host Zoom webinars.
Run ads for the latest vacancies and ensure that videos are posted on the company's social media platforms.
Update the marketing plan and report on the effectiveness of existing campaigns.
Maintain contact database of vendors, tenants, and grant-making institutions.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a property leasing/rental company.
Proficiency in hosting online events/webinars, including ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings (REQUIRED).
Proven experience in digital marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.)
Experience in newsletter creation and distribution.
Schedule: 8AM - 5PM (California Time)
