We manage every facet of the business, including marketing, property maintenance, and financial reporting, all at an industry-low management rate. Our core focus is maximizing revenue per property for our owners.

**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to build and manage marketing funnels that drive qualified appointments to our closer. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in setting up and maintaining various lead generation strategies, including Facebook ads, outbound text campaigns, and mailers. Your primary objective will be to create and manage workflows that generate consistent, high-quality leads and ensure these leads are ready for appointments with our closer.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Facebook Ad Funnels:**
- Create compelling ad creatives and copy.
- Build and optimize landing pages linked to our CRM (Go High Level).
- Develop and manage email and text campaigns.
- Maintain workflows and manage lead qualification.
- Drive qualified leads to one-on-one appointments with the closer.

2. **Outbound Text Funnels:**
- Create engaging text campaign creatives and copy.
- Build and maintain workflows in Go High Level.
- Manage and qualify leads.
- Drive qualified leads to one-on-one appointments with the closer.

3. **Mailers:**
- Design creative content for mailers targeting local areas.
- Integrate mailer responses into our CRM (Go High Level).
- Manage and qualify leads.
- Drive qualified leads to one-on-one appointments with the closer.

4. **General Lead Management:**
- Manually qualify leads as necessary, including phone outreach.
- Maintain accurate records and workflows in our CRM.
- Ensure a steady flow of qualified appointments for the closer.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in lead generation and marketing funnel management.
- Strong skills in creating and managing Facebook ad campaigns.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Go High Level.
- Excellent copywriting and creative skills.
- Ability to manage and qualify leads through multiple channels, and set appointments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
