JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an energetic and outgoing individual with a passion for real estate.We are seeking a motivated individual who can turn potential buyers into sellers, helping us grow and succeed in the market.

Responsibilities:
- Use our database to find and talk to potential clients who want to sell their properties.
- Have persuasive conversations with leads to convince them to become motivated sellers.
- Build good relationships with prospects by listening to and understanding their needs.
- Work closely with our field sales team to set up appointments and make the transition from lead to seller smooth.
- Keep track of your daily activities and report on how many leads you convert.

Qualifications:
- Be upbeat, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about real estate and sales.
- Communicate well and connect with others easily.
- Be resourceful and adaptable when converting leads.
- Stay organized and manage a large number of leads at once.
- Be receptive to feedback and eager to learn and improve.
- Follow-Up Boss experience is a plus, but not required.
- Prior real estate experience as a Lead Conversion Inside Sales Agent is required
