We are seeking an experienced IT Technician with a focus on providing high-level (L2/L3) technical support and service management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling a wide range of service requests, from first to mid-level, with expertise in workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor-specific hardware and software. In addition to remote IT support for Windows servers, Active Directory, Office365, and DNS, the role involves basic network troubleshooting, including WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security protocols.
This candidate will also manage remote access solutions, such as VPN and Terminal Services, while proactively monitoring system alerts via remote monitoring and management tools. Timely and accurate responses through service tickets, as well as maintaining system documentation in ConnectWise, are key responsibilities for ensuring optimal network performance and client satisfaction.
Proven experience in a fast-paced IT environment, coupled with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, are essential for success in this role.
