Overview:

As a NIGHT SHIFT Remote Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction. Working remotely, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, scheduling service requests, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:
Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers.
Provide clear and concise information about services, schedules, and policies.
Actively listen to customer concerns and complaints, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
Dispatch and Scheduling:
Schedule and dispatch service requests to appropriate personnel or teams.
Monitor service delivery to ensure timely and efficient completion.
Update and track service requests in the designated system.
Issue Resolution:
Identify and resolve issues related to service delivery or customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or management as needed.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and dispatch activities.
Prepare and generate reports on service performance and customer feedback.
Communication and Coordination:
Facilitate clear and effective communication between customers and service teams.
Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their service requests or any delays.
Administrative Tasks:
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software (e.g., CRM systems, dispatch software).
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
