HR Personnel Expert for Digital Transformation Company

Position Overview:
We are seeking a perfectly English-speaking HR employee to create all needed handbooks, SOP's, and any and all policy and procedure documents. This role is pivotal in launching our business and ensuring our team is well-prepared, connected, and properly structured. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation and education. This is primarily a Gig task but open to part time or full time options upon completing 100?curacy in this posting. Legal background a PLUS!

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive handbooks, SOPs, and policy documents.
Ensure proper onboarding processes are in place and executed efficiently.
Communicate our mission, values, and goals to new hires.
Create and deliver training programs focused on digital transformation and advanced manufacturing technologies.
Provide ongoing support and resources to employees- This is a Gig based but will need long term assistance and looking to hire soon!
Regularly review and update HR documents to comply with best practices and legal requirements.
