Position: Virtual HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- **Talent Acquisition:** Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the best talent is attracted and retained.
- **Policy Development:** Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with legal standards and reflect our company values. -
**Performance Management:** Implement performance review processes and provide support to managers in conducting evaluations and developing improvement plans. -
**Training and Development:** Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- **HR Analytics:** Utilize HR data to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR strategies and practices.
Qualifications:
- **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the recruitment or the construction, retail, hospitality, or health industries.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Skills:**
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and virtual communication tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
