Global Sales /Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:
1.Based on the company's training and marketing activities plan, introduce and promote the company's bioscience products & services to potential customers (university professors, companies, etc.) and establish cooperation.
2.Develop and expand the European and American markets, provide customers with high-quality pre-sales and after-sales services; track and handle customer feedback in a timely manner, regularly visit key customers, and maintain relationships with new and old customers; expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
3.Deal with online inquiries and phone inquiries;
4.Understand customer goals, purchasing criteria, and decision-making processes to establish long-term mutually beneficial partnerships to meet customer inquiries and needs, proactively understand and feedback market demand dynamics, product competition, and make rational suggestions.
5.Attend academic conferences in Europe and America, showcasing and promoting company products.
Requirements for the position:
• College education / degree or higher, preferably in Biomedical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in selling and marketing bioscience products.
• Aggressive in creating sales opportunities.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, well organized, strong analytical mind and proactive.
• Good command of English and Cantonese. Mandarin is optional.
• Willing and available to travel overseas or to China production facility when required.
• Proficient in problem solving.
