Responsibilities:
>Design and create visually appealing graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
>Create eye-catching YouTube thumbnails to increase click-through rates.
>Edit and produce high-quality videos using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut.
>Collaborate with the team to develop designs and video content that align with our brand.
>Ensure designs are optimized for engagement and high conversion rates.
>Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements:
>Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing social media designs, YouTube thumbnails, and
video editing projects.
>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
>Experience with CapCut and other photo and video editing tools.
>Strong understanding of design principles and strategies that lead to high conversion rates.
>Must have your own Adobe Creative Suite account and access to all required tools.
>Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment.
>Excellent time-management and communication skills.
