Virtual Assistant: Estimating & Quoting for Flooring Projects

We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in estimating and quoting for the flooring industry. This role involves working on both commercial and residential projects in Australia, including carpet, timber, floor preparation, and vinyl flooring.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate quotes using industry-specific estimating tools.
Review tender documents for commercial flooring projects.
Communicate professionally with builders to clarify project details and requirements.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) to handle document reviews and professional correspondence.
Experience with flooring estimation software is highly preferred (specific software experience is a plus).
Background in the flooring industry, particularly in commercial projects, is an advantage but not essential.
