Finance Analyst (Asset Management) - Permanent WFH

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with multifamily asset management duties including financial modeling (primarily Excel-based analyses), project management, cash management, client reporting, and property valuation analysis
- Ensure assets are being operated in a manner consistent with the project’s business plan, joint-venture operating agreements, and loan documents
- Prepare investor, lender, and internal reports on an ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis in Excel to analyze trends and/or property metrics and assist with special projects, as needed
- Assist the Asset Management team in conversations with lenders, institutional investors, vendors, and contractors
- Update sell/refinancing/hold analyses on portfolio assets as well as maintaining asset level waterfall analyses
- Assist, as needed, with the underwriting, due diligence, capital markets, and closing/onboarding processes of acquisition opportunities and the property sales of dispositions
- Organize and catalogue asset management files and records


QUALIFICATIONS:
- Available to start immediately.
- At least 2 years of relevant real estate, finance, investment banking, or private equity experience with a broker/owner/investor/operator (multifamily experience is preferred)
- Outstanding quantitative and financial modeling skills in MS Excel are required
- Experience in Real Estate a plus
- Experience with Yardi Voyager Accounting Software is a plus
- Experience with Argus is a plus
- Ability to work individually or on a team
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple assignments and projects and efficiently prioritize tasks
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Reliable, proactive, and committed to meeting deadlines.
- Fluency in English writing and speaking is required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related.

- Basic salary: PHP 40,000 - 45,000
