Position Summary: We are looking for a top-tier Web Developer proficient in both WordPress and Shopify platforms. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, a strong background in UX design, website speed optimization, and SEO best practices. A UX certification is a plus. This role involves developing, customizing, and optimizing websites to enhance user experience, performance, and search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development and Customization:

Develop and maintain responsive websites using WordPress and Shopify platforms.
Customize themes and templates to align with client branding and specifications.
Implement new features and functionalities as required.
User Experience (UX) Design:

Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
Ensure websites are user-friendly and optimized for conversion.
Performance Optimization:

Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
Conduct regular performance tests and implement improvements.
SEO Optimization:

Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO strategies are effectively integrated.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Regularly update website content, plugins, and themes.
Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
Qualifications:

Over 5 years of proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio of WordPress and Shopify projects.
Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Strong understanding of PHP and MySQL.
Experience with Liquid templating language for Shopify.
Demonstrated expertise in UX/UI design principles; UX certification is a plus.
