Job Title: Digital Marketing Project Manager

Are you an experienced project manager with a knack for website development? We are seeking a dynamic professional who is fluent in Go HighLevel, WordPress, Shopify, and PHP builds. Preference will be given to PMP or Scrum-certified candidates, as well as WordPress developers looking to transition into project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Multiple Projects: Oversee several website development projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless communication and workflow between clients, designers, and developers.
• Client Communication: Keep clients informed with regular updates, proactively manage their expectations, and guide them through the development process with patience and clarity.
• Project Management Excellence: Utilize project management best practices to create and manage Project Charters, establish milestones, and hold all stakeholders accountable. Strong ability to manage scope changes and prevent scope creep is essential.
• Tools & Technology: Use Active Collab, Google Apps, WhatsApp, and Dropbox to track and update all project activities, ensuring everything stays on course.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Provide friendly, patient support to clients, particularly those less familiar with IT and web development, to ensure they feel confident and informed.
• Leadership & Organization: Lead projects proactively and organized, ensuring deadlines are met and no details are overlooked.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT, with at least 3 years in IT project management. Proven ability to drive projects to successful completion, even under tight deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English skills (5 out of 5), with a willingness to engage in video calls for detailed discussions.
