UK Based. We're looking for a CRM Executive who not only knows how to interpret complex customer data but can also translate it into high-impact, strategic initiatives. This is an exciting hands on role with the opportunity to utilise the latest tools and technologies to grow and optimise
Your responsibilities will be;
- Own and implement the
- Work similarly on any other direct marketing channels, such as SMS or web push notifications
- Evaluate and report on
- Identify ways to improve subscriber lists and improve deliverability
- Utilise content personalisation to drive better open and click-through rates
- Commercially assess the viability of any promotions we run, such as discount codes, and ensure they are generating incremental profit
You will be or have;
- Fluent in English
- 3-4 years
- Experience in an online retail environment (ecommerce)
- Proven experience in a CRM role with a strong understanding of customer metrics, data analysis, and lifecycle management
- Ability to think strategically with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience in all stages of
- Experience with large customer databases, building automated campaigns, running reports and building personalisations
- Basic knowledge of HTML and styling techniques
- Good communicator with stakeholders throughout the business
- Have strong organisational skills, you'll be expected to manage your own workload on a day-to-day basis
