2. Monitor key performance indicators and prepare analytical reports to inform strategy.
3. Utilize Klaviyo software to manage email campaigns and analyze data.
4. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of email strategy.
5. Continually test and learn, using insights to improve campaign performance.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven experience in email marketing, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
2. Proficiency in Klaviyo email marketing software or similar and Shopify.
3. Strong data analysis skills and a data-driven mindset.
4. Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
5. A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
