Job Title: Klaviyo

Position Overview:
The Klaviyo
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development: Design, build, and manage
Segmentation & Personalization: Utilize Klaviyo’s segmentation tools to create highly targeted
Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines,
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze
Customer Journey Optimization: Develop and implement
Compliance: Ensure all
Integration & Syncing: Work with the technical team to ensure seamless integration of Klaviyo with other marketing tools and platforms (e.g., e-commerce platforms, CRM systems).
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience in a related field.
Proven experience in
Strong understanding of
Proficiency in using Klaviyo’s features, including segmentation, automation, and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems is an advantage.
Experience with Shopify.
