Key Responsibilities:

- Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns.
- Build and manage marketing automation workflows in HubSpot and Mailchimp.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in email marketing and campaign management using HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Tools & Technologies:

- HubSpot: Workflow automation, email templates, and performance analysis.
- Mailchimp: Campaign creation, segmentation, and reporting.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and email list management platforms is a plus.
