Location: Remote

Working Hours: 3 hours per day, Monday to Sunday
Choose between: 9am to 6pm Singapore Time.

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Controller to manage daily financial tracking and reporting for our products. This part-time role involves consistent daily work to ensure accuracy and timely updates across various financial reports and records.

***Please note that this role is 70?TA ENTRY/ADMIN and 30% ANALYSIS.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Finance Tracking Board (Digital Product 1) - 1 hour
2. Sales Report Data Entry (Digital Product 2) - 1 hour
3. Numbers Checking and Record Updating - 30minutes
4. Profit & Loss Management - 30 minutes

Tools:
1. XERO
2. Excel Sheet
3. Retrieval of data from Gmail, Monday.com CRM
4. Retrieval of data from Email Autoresponders

Expectations:
1. Daily submissions required
2. Meticulous
3. Hourly rate applies upon completion of tasks only
4. Available for daily Zoom calls if needed

Qualifications:
Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, at least 5-8 years of experience only.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in financial software and spreadsheets.
