E-Commerce VA (Preferably Fluent in Chinese)

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide prompt support via email, addressing inquiries and concerns.
-Manage order fulfillment, monitor inventory, and coordinate with the warehouse team.
-Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking partners.
-Training will be provided

Requirements:
- Basic Excel skills
- Fluent in Chinese
- E-commerce administration and customer service experience

Initially part-time, with plans to shift to full-time later on
