Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement high-level
Create and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar tailored to prospective student engagement across all channels.
Campaign Management:
Design, build, and maintain automated
Develop and execute targeted campaigns, including welcome series, informational content, promotional offers, and follow-ups.
Oversee creating, scheduling, and managing social media content across platforms (e.g.,
Ensure all campaigns are optimised for deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant
Ensure all communications are consistent with the brand voice and messaging and effectively communicate the value of our educational programmes.
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.
Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to identify trends and insights related to lead conversion.
Generate detailed reports on
Utilise A/B testing and other optimisation techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness and lead conversion rates.
Customer Segmentation:
Develop and manage advanced segmentation strategies to deliver personalised and targeted messages to prospective students.
Continuously refine segmentation based on prospective student behaviour and preferences.
Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in

Experience managing social media platforms and tools.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data related to lead conversion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in HTML/CSS for
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
