Key Responsibilities:
Ad Campaign Creation and Management:
- Plan, create, and oversee ad campaigns on Meta
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Analyze campaign results, creating reports and recommending improvements.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad visuals and copy.
- Liaise with the strategy team to ensure campaigns align with overarching marketing goals.

Market Research:
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising and
- Research competitors and maintain knowledge of industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in ad campaign management and
- Proficient in platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Klaviyo.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing KPIs.
- Excellent analytical skills with an aptitude for translating data into actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization.
