Position Overview:
The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. This role includes managing social media platforms, optimizing website content for search engines, and analyzing marketing performance to ensure effective and efficient campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and retargeting.
Create and oversee content marketing efforts, including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms
Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for social media channels, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
Monitor social media trends and engage with the audience to build and maintain a positive brand image.
Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for improving search engine rankings.
Optimize website content, including on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headers) and off-page factors (backlinks).
Perform technical SEO audits and implement recommendations to enhance website performance.
Track and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure best practices are followed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, social media management, and SEO.
Strong proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
