Position Overview:

As a Part-Time Representative, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations, focusing primarily on customer experience support, communication with suppliers and partners, and assisting in various operational tasks. This position offers remote flexibility, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space while being an integral part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Communicate effectively with suppliers and partners, fostering positive relationships and ensuring smooth collaboration.
Assist in day-to-day operational tasks, such as order processing, inventory management, and data entry.
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and contribute ideas for enhancing our products/services.
Requirements:

Reliable high-speed internet access and in video conferencing tools for meetings is required.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
Previous experience in customer support or a related field, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with product development processes, particularly in collaboration with partners in China, is preferred but not required.
