Customer Service Specialist

Duties:
Providing excellent customer service to each person you speak with.
Listening to assist, instead of listening to respond
Building positive relationships with the customer during each interaction
Answering phone calls from customers to assist them in a timely manner
Qualifying and scheduling appointments for inspections
