JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
As an Amazon Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our Amazon customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of Amazon's platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through Amazon's messaging system, email, and phone.
Resolve customer issues, including order problems, product inquiries, and return requests.
Monitor and manage customer reviews and feedback on Amazon.
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and shipping.
Collaborate with the warehouse and fulfillment team to address any order-related issues.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Track and report on customer service metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or Amazon-focused role.
Strong understanding of Amazon's platform, including Seller Central and ecommerce
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle high-volume customer inquiries and remain calm under pressure.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
