We are seeking an experienced Credit Dispute Customer Service Rep to join our team.
Job Description:
The Credit Customer Service Rep will
-Guide clients through the credit repair process.
-Implement effective strategies to improve credit scores
-Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress
-Stay updated on credit scoring models and best practices in credit repair
-Provide Clients with updates every 30 days
-Familiar With CRC Software

Requirements:
Excellent Attendance (non-negotiable requirement)
Proficient English/ accent reduction
Customer Service experience
Speaks & writes English with proper grammar
Stable internet connection & reliable computer with a functioning headset, and multiple monitors.
Low frequency of power outages
Ability to learn & adapt quickly to company changes
High energy, a positive mindset, and a hard work ethic
