We are looking for a Creative & Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for managing and executing various administrative workflows within our creative department. This role requires a strong blend of organizational, creative, and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation of marketing content, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other relevant tools.
Edit photos and perform virtual staging of apartments, ensuring high-quality, realistic presentations.
Use AI resources, including ChatGPT, to support creative processes and streamline workflow.
Maintain and update project trackers, content calendars, and other organizational tools using Google Sheets.
Adapt to changing project requirements and timelines while maintaining a high level of self-sufficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with other tea
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Firefly, Lightroom, etc.).
Experience with virtual staging platforms.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT as well as Generative Fill and Text-to-Image tools for content creation and support.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Self-sufficient, adaptable, and able to work independently.
Reliable and consistent in meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience generating image and video content. Ability to leverage AI to do so is a plus
Previous experience in a creative or marketing role.
