Creative Director For Paid Ads (Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, etc)

I'm looking for a part time creative director that can plan out all of our ad creation.

I run an agency where we run paid ads for our clients on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

We are looking for someone that already has experience being a creative director. Must have previous experience.

We promote info products, saas offers, and high ticket coaching offers.

Most of our offers are in the following niches:
- Targeting real estate agents with AI solutions
- Targeting entrepreneurs who want to make more money
- Targeting business owners who need / want PR

We are looking for someone that 100% understands how paid ads work, and how to create images and video ads that get high CTRs and conversions.

Scope Of Work
- Go through our offer and funnel
- Brainstorm and create different ad angles for promotion
- Write video ad scripts for the clients to shoot the videos
- Manage and work with our video / image editors.
- Fluent english is a must. Must be able to connect on Zoom calls with me.

You do NOT need to be able to do all the editing, but you must have experience in working with editors.
