JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are a growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand focused on delivering innovative health and wellness products to enhance our customers' lives. We are looking for a skilled Copywriter with at least 3 years of e-commerce experience to craft compelling content that engages our audience and drives conversions. In this role, you will collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to develop high-performing ad copy, product descriptions, landing pages, email campaigns, and more. Your work will be essential in capturing our brand voice and creating emotional connections with our target customers, all while supporting performance goals like CTR (Click-Through Rate) and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).

Key Responsibilities
• Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for ads, email campaigns, product descriptions, landing pages, and other marketing materials.
• Develop copy strategies that align with performance marketing objectives and customer acquisition goals.
• Collaborate with designers, marketing strategists, and video editors to create cohesive campaigns.
• Research and understand our target audience, including their pain points, preferences, and desires, to craft effective messaging.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and find opportunities to stand out.
• Optimize copy for A/B testing, incorporating insights from performance metrics to improve results.
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s voice and tone across all content.

What We’re Looking For
• At least 3 years of experience as a copywriter in an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brand.
• Proven track record of writing high-converting copy for ads, landing pages, and other digital marketing assets.
• Familiarity with direct response marketing techniques, including hooks, storytelling, and calls-to-action.
• Understanding of e-commerce metrics and how copy influences performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
• Exceptional English writing skills with strong attention to detail, grammar, and clarity.
• Ability to adapt to brand voice and write for different audience segments.
• Experience collaborating with creative and marketing teams to align messaging with overall campaign goals.

Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for web copy.
• Experience with platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, or TikTok.
• Familiarity with copy optimization tools or competitor research tools (e.g., Motion, Foreplay, etc.).
