Copywriter

Salary and Schedule
-Starts at $4-$5/hour, 0-30 hours/week
-Remote work, on-call, semi-flexible working hours
-Needs to be reachable between 6pm to 12mn PHT, Monday to Friday

We are a US-based marketing agency and we are looking for a talented and experienced On-Call Junior Copywriter to join our team and help us create clear, strategic, and persuasive messages across various digital channels. You will mainly write and proof articles, bulletins, sales letters, and other related informative, marketing, and promotional material. You should also be able to vary his writing style and message tone based on particular mediums and products.

Responsibilities
-Contribute to the ideation of marketing content along with designated Account Strategists.
-Write creative and engaging captions and copies for various social media platforms.
-Consult with other team members to obtain information on products or services and discuss style and length of copy.
-Edit or rewrite the existing copy as necessary, and submit the copy for approval.
-Work with the digital team to incorporate SEO best practices in the content
-Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to ensure the content aligns with the visuals.
-Continuously monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
-Ensure that all copies adhere to the brand voice and tone guidelines.
-Under the Creative Head, create, revamp, and update copywriting brand guidelines for assigned clients.

Client Experience
-Client workload: Starts with 1-2 clients

Team Work
-Closely work with the Creative Head, Creative Leads, and Strategists for the fulfillment of responsibilities
-Report directly to the Lead Copywriter
-Attend weekly standup and alignment calls when needed
-Be easily reachable to provide communication from 6pm-12am (PHT)

Qualifications/Skills
-With at least one to two (1-2) years of working experience in the related field
-Experience and knowledge of digital tools and ChatGPT
-Experience in creating social media copy and captions
-Strong knowledge of social media platforms and SEO best practices.
-Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Excellent research skills.
-Ability to conceptualize and properly explain ideas for content creation and creative direction.
