What you'll do:
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client monthly financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow
statement)
• Review accounting workbooks prepared by our Accounting team to ensure all reconciliations are complete
• Dig into the systems and data to solve reconciliation issues
• Find and fix errors in client financials
• Perform detailed reconciliations on all balance sheet and P&L accounts
• Communicate and collaborate with US Controllers and Accountants to ensure client expectations are met
What you’ll need:
• Experience with one or all of these systems: QuickBooks Online and Desktop, NetSuite, Xero
• Experience with Bill.com and Expensify
• Experience with payroll softwares (Gusto, Justworks)
• Experience with Amazon, Shopify, Stripe
• Experience with Brex and Ramp
• Experience with inventory software (Cin7, SOS inventory, Fishbowl)
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP
