Role Overview:
We are seeking a Planswift specialist who can deliver high-quality project estimations within 2-4 days. This part-time role offers 20 hours of work per week with the potential to grow into a full-time position.




Key Qualifications:

Proficiency in Planswift
Fluent English speaker
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines


Responsibilities:

Analyze landscape project plans loaded in Planswift to understand the project scope and requirements.
Perform detailed material takeoffs, accurately quantifying the necessary materials for each project.
Deliver completed Planswift take-offs with a high rate of accuracy, with plans organized in easy to follow folders.
Communicate effectively with clients to discuss progress, address inquiries, and clarify any adjustments needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
