We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Referral Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, excel in communication, and possess the ability to navigate and manage multiple platforms such as eRelocation, Outlook, and Leads Engine. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our online inquires processes, maintaining accurate records, and assist in supporting the overall success of our real estate department.
Key Responsibilities:
Referral Management: Oversee and manage the online inquiry referral process, ensuring timely and accurate handling of referrals in compliance with department guidelines.
Data Handling: Accurately input, track, and analyze data related to referrals, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Platform Navigation: Efficiently navigate and utilize multiple platforms (eRelocation, Outlook, Leads Engine) to manage referrals, communicate with clients through digital communication, and generate reports.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal tea
Coordination: Work closely with other tea
Reporting: Generate and distribute regular reports on referral activity, performance metrics, and other relevant data to support department goals and decision-making.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise in the referral process, coordinating with relevant parties to ensure swift resolution.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in a real estate environment or a similar role is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using eRelocation, Outlook, and Leads Engine, Microsoft Teams or similar platforms.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in data entry and reporting.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with tea
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Schedule:
Hours: Monday through Friday, 20 hours per week.
Flexibility: Schedule may offer some flexibility within standard business hours, to be discussed during the interview process.
