Client Relations Manager

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences? We’re looking for a Client Relations Manager to serve as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring they enjoy a seamless and rewarding partnership with us.

What You’ll Do:
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth start.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through regular check-ins.
Proactively monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance their experience.
Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and handle requests with professionalism.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
Drive client retention by ensuring they remain happy and engaged with our services.

What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Fluent in spoken and written English.

Details:
Salary: $1,000 per month
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, Philippine Time (PHT)
