Chief Financial Officer/Sr. Accountant (For Web Dev Agency)

As a fast-growing company with a team of 20, we take pride in delivering top-tier digital services worldwide. - We’re now on an exciting growth journey and are looking for an experienced, hands-on CFO to be a strategic partner in scaling our business.

The Role:
- We’re looking for a proactive CFO or Senior Accountant with a passion for growing SMEs, a solid background in professional services, and experience in financial leadership roles within web development or marketing agencies. This part-time role (4 hours per day) will focus on optimizing our financial operations, supporting the executive team with strategic insights, and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Track KPIs, monitor project profitability, and create cashflow projections and monthly forecasts.
Cost Control: Calculate and manage Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), provide expense visibility, and implement strategies to optimize both fixed and variable costs.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare monthly, year-end, and management reports, ensuring financial accuracy and clarity.
- Billing & Collections: Collaborate with project and account managers to ensure timely invoicing and revenue collection.
- Strategic Decision Support: Provide commercial and strategic insights to the CEO and Operations Manager to inform key decisions.
- Process Optimization: Implement and maintain financial infrastructure, including tools like Xero, Stripe, and other financial integrations.
- Variance & Utilization Analysis: Improve variance analysis quality and assess team time utilization for profitability.
- Growth Strategy: Advise on growth opportunities, potential acquisitions, and provide strategic insight for sustainable expansion.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in financial management within professional services (web development, marketing, or consulting).
- Strong organizational skills with a clear vision for growth and financial clarity.
- Hands-on experience with financial tools and platforms (e.g., Xero, Stripe).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to guide leadership decisions.
- Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach to managing financial operations.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: USD 500/month
- Part-time, 4 hours per day, fully remote
