We are looking for a highly skilled Cal Center Manager who can lead and oversee our call
center agents in selling products to qualified prospects/leads.
Duties/Responsibilities:
-Collaborates with Finance to establish sales goals and to develop scripts for use by
telemarketing/call center team.
-Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with
applicable policies and best practices.
-Measures team performance; communicates goals and quotas to team; and encourages
and motivates telemarketers as they work toward reaching their goals and quotas.
-Prepares and presents weekly and monthly sales reports to Finance
-Resolves customer complaints and grievances.
-Hires and trains telemarketers/call center agents.
-Oversees the daily workflow and scheduling of staff.
-Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
-Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Requirements:
? -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
? -At least three years’ experience as Telemarketing/ Call Center Manager
?- Proficient with MS Office and Call Center Software Programs and CRM Software
?- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
?- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
? -Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
? -Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a
team.
? -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
? -Willing to work at BGC and can start immediately.
