Creative Producer with 3-5 years of progressive experience in a creative environment to join our team, working closely with our Chief Creative Officer, other team members, and stakeholders. You'll shape internal and external brands, design brand identities, develop and execute creative campaigns and brand strategies, and manage projects from start to finish. If you're passionate about storytelling, brand-building, and production, we want you to bring your skills and collaborative spirit to help elevate our brands.
Key Qualifications:
Design and Conceptualization Skills:
Strong experience in brand identity design, art direction, and web UI/UX design.
Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Creative Writing & Campaign Development:
Proven track record in crafting unique creative campaigns.
Scriptwriting skills for various platforms like reels, ads, and short-form videos.
Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
Client-Facing Skills:
Confidence in presenting to stakeholders and clients.
Experience negotiating creative ideas and executions.
Ability to handle feedback and pivot creative direction as needed.
Pitch Deck & Presentation Creation:
Expertise in creating engaging, persuasive pitch decks.
Strong PowerPoint and Google Slides skills.
Ability to visually and verbally communicate complex ideas.
Production Skills:
Hands-on experience in photography and videography (shooting and directing).
Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
Understanding of content production for social media platforms.
Project Management:
Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
Skilled at coordinating between teams, meeting deadlines, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
