Your primary responsibility will be to find businesses for sale that meet our specific criteria and provide detailed information on these opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Research and identify businesses for sale that align with our criteria.
Utilize various broker platforms and marketplaces to find potential acquisition targets.
Provide comprehensive information on each business, including contact details, financials (if available), and any relevant documentation.
Ensure all findings are organized and presented in a clear and structured manner.
Collaborate with our team to understand any additional requirements or preferences.
Business Qualifications:
We are looking to acquire businesses that meet the following criteria:

Ecommerce-Related:

The business should primarily operate in the ecommerce sector.
Must have a functional and profitable online sales platform.
Physical Products:

The business should sell physical products, not digital goods or services.
Preferably with a diverse product range that has shown consistent sales.
Amazon Presence:

The business must have an active and well-maintained Amazon account.
A history of sales on Amazon, with a good track record of reviews and ratings.
Established Operations:

The business should have established operations, including inventory management, customer service, and fulfillment processes.
Preferably with documented standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Growth Opportunities:

Potential for more effective marketing, updated media assets, or efficient advertising campaigns across any and all channels.
Opportunities to integrate their order fulfillment and marketing services with our other Anata businesses.
Financial Health:

Stable financials with consistent revenue and profitability.
Transparent financial records and performance metrics.
