Data Entry (Bulk Uploader) with QuickBooks Experience
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bulk Uploader with expertise in QuickBooks to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently uploading and managing large volumes of data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all times. You will collaborate closely with our finance and operations teams to streamline processes and maintain data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Upload and manage bulk data entries into our systems using QuickBooks.
• Verify data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data entry aligns with operational needs.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all data uploads and transactions.
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing efficiency.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Bulk Uploader or similar role, with a strong understanding of data entry principles.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks software is essential.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
